Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jlantigua.com and the custom web development, AI development websites, local SEO, Google Ads, and CRM automation services provided by Jorge Lantigua ("I", "me", "we", or "the Business"). By accessing this website or hiring my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. Services

I offer the following services, each subject to a separate project agreement or proposal:

• AI Development Websites — fast, mobile-first websites built for conversions.
• Local & Technical SEO — ranking improvements for your target market and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Google Ads Campaigns — high-intent PPC search campaigns designed to generate inquiries and calls.
• CRM & Automations — automated pipelines, SMS triggers, and calendar booking systems.
• Custom Web Systems — data-driven systems tailored to your business operations.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in the agreed proposal or contract for each project.

3. Client responsibilities

To enable successful delivery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information, access, and resources required for the project.
• Respond to review requests and approvals within reasonable timeframes.
• Grant necessary access to platforms, accounts, and third-party tools as needed.
• Ensure that all content and materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights.

4. Payment terms

Fees, payment schedule, and accepted methods are specified in your project proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, deposits are paid before work begins and remaining balances upon milestone completion or delivery. Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.

5. Revisions & scope

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Requests exceeding the agreed scope may incur additional fees. Significant changes to scope after work begins may require a revised quote and timeline.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final delivered work product, excluding third-party materials, open-source components, and tools I retain the right to reuse. I may display completed work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Base code, frameworks, and methodologies remain my intellectual property.

7. Third-party services

Projects may depend on third-party platforms (hosting, CRM, ad networks, analytics, plugins). I am not responsible for the availability, changes, or policies of these services. You are responsible for any fees, terms, or compliance related to third-party accounts you own.

8. Marketing & advertising results

While I design SEO, Google Ads, and automation strategies to improve lead flow and revenue, I cannot guarantee specific rankings, click volumes, conversions, or sales. Results depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, and your business's ability to close leads.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid me for the specific project giving rise to the claim. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of a project, including business data, strategies, and access credentials.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Deposits for work not yet started may be non-refundable as stated in the proposal.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Massachusetts.

13. Changes to these terms

I may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
